In late-2005 and throughout 2006, the CREW Metro Task Force met to discuss how to move forward as three separate chapters with one common goal in our region: to advance the success of women in commercial real estate.

After successfully examining all the details of our three chapters, and after we polled our members and boards of directors, the Task Force decided that the best way to reach this goal is to coordinate certain collective activities through a new committee: CREW National Capital Committee (CNCC), so named to reflect the larger Washington metropolitan area covered by the three chapters. Its members include the Presidents, Presidents-Elect, and Past Presidents of each chapter.

CNCC meets monthly to freely share ideas and information to help each chapter. In addition, each chapter shares costs and benefits of CNCC events.
